Storage & Handling
- Store your brush in a dry place away from prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, or high humidity to prevent warping or fibre damage.
- Do not leave your brush submerged in water or expose it to extreme heat, as this can degrade the wooden handle and compromise the integrity of the fibres.
- Our Natural by Hillbrush range is not dishwasher safe—hand washing is recommended to preserve the materials and extend the life of your brush.
- With proper care, your Natural by Hillbrush product will continue to perform beautifully, supporting sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning for years to come.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Rinse After Use: Gently rinse the brush fibres with warm water and a mild detergent, ensuring any dirt, debris, or residue is thoroughly removed.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, harsh cleaning agents, or abrasive scourers, as these can damage the natural fibres and wooden components.
- Quick Rinse & Shake Dry: After washing, briefly rinse the brush under running water to remove any soap or residue. Avoid soaking. Shake off excess water and allow it to air dry.
- Proper Drying: Shake off excess water and hang the brush in a well-ventilated area to air dry completely. This prevents moisture build-up, which can weaken natural fibres over time.
