Is the delivery free?
Delivery is only free when your order exceeds £100. We use DX delivery with an expected 2 days delivery time from your order being processed.
When will I receive my item?
When we have received your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders made before 1PM (GMT) will be picked, packed and shipped the same day. Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days with DX deliveries.
Can I change or return my item?
If you would like to exchange a product for another model, please contact us so that we can assist you with your product return/exchange. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your package, as long as the item has not been used.
